2 words...fried Oreos. Not at all healthy but if you want something devilishly sweet, try em. Fried snickers too. Guaranteed to go over your calorie count that day. Lol

Food is good but the staff got the order wrong due to them rushing you out. Btw there was no long lines.

Went here about 30min before close with a few people and Brandon was very friendly and helpful!! Flavors are great! 100% recommend

The people who served me were wonderful. They were laughing and joking around with us. They were loud and very friendly. Amazing food can be found here as well.

This place literally has a policy that allows you to sample just 1 ice cream flavor. Sooooooo, choose right the first time! Think about that for a moment, if you don't like the first flavor, you're then supposed to trust them that all the other flavors are good? The owner/ manager needs to take a course on sales because they obviously are completely out of touch with how to run a business.

This place is great. As soon as you walk in they help you right away and get you in and out very fast so I can go walk around town for 8 hours and do nothing but blow money and buy useless stuff on vacation!!😆Employees were kind and had no attitude like the folks at McDonald's across the street. I had a homemade funnel cake and it was cooked to my liking. My wife's boyfriend was amazed at the delicious selection of icecream! My gran got a foot long corn dog. Cooked crisp brown to her liking!

This place is great! Such a large variety of tasty treats. By far the best desert place in Gatlinburg. When I walked in with my family I was greeted within a second. Great staff team. My funnel cake was made very fast and my kids icecream was delicious! I realize there are many reviews stating that this place is racist. I bet they were people that are just trying to troll! I expirenced no racism at this establishment once so ever. Neither did the other group of African Americans there at the same time! Definitely a wonderful place and would suggest this for lunch, dinner, and desert. 100/10!!

The workers wouldn't speak to the African American customers, as soon as the white customer entered the workers immediately greeted them. The African American asked the workers why they couldn't speak to them, the workers just pointed their fingers and shock their head.

Hubby really craved ice cream after our 22 Mile hike in the GSMNP. Very friendly staff.

As soon as I saw deep fried snickers I had to stop and get one! It is a very unique store with tasty treats. We also tried their deep fried oreos, AND their funnel cakes. DELICIOUS! We got called in from the side walk and when we entered this place, we immediately got helped. I was amazed on how sweet and nice the staff were. Surely better help then any place I visited this week. You won't see this anywhere else. Definitely visiting here again next year.

Employees do a great job at greeting customers instantly. Best ice cream I've had! Funnel cakes were big and they had a wide variety of funnel cake toppings. Smoothies made with real fruit tasted great, and their fresh cut fries are made from fresh potatoes! Yum!!!

Not racist

Took my family here because we were in a hurry and the prices didn't seem too bad. I got 5 hot dogs with fries. I forgot my backpack in the car so i asked if i could just have some cups with water. They sell bottled water, but figured if i asked for cups it would be free. The guy gets us a few cups of water from the sink( no big deal cuz i'm thinking its free). WRONG! Turns out i got charged a $1.50 per cup of TAP WATER!! Do yourself a favor.. if you want a mehhhhh hot dog, buy it and then walk 20 yards to McDonalds and get free water of any size large drink for a dollar. Its a shame i have to give a star!

We were greeted & as we were looking at the menu one of the other workers asked if we were ready to place an order. We said yes & he said “okay, we’ll go to the guy that asked you in the first place.” & he scoffed & shook his head. We will not be eating here again. The way we’re talked to was extremely rude.

Purchased strawberry funnel cake. Very few strawberries. Funnel cake was $9.98.Very disappointed. Told employee our opinion , he acted as if he cared less.

As I was walking by I saw one worker tackle another worker. Knocked over a cart of syrups. All the workers circled around video taping and laughing at a worker that was on the ground being punched and kicked. When I went to ask if the worker was alright they told me “goodnight ma’am”. All I wanted to do was see if the worker is okay and I was going to call the police for the safety of the worker. The worker that got tackled was in red and all the other workers were in black. This was on 07/08/2019 at 8pm

As soon as I saw "Funnel Cakes" I had to stop. $7 for one is a bit of a rip off, but it was ssooooo good! I don't think there's any other place nearby that has funnel cakes or elephant ears. My friends & I got there while they were slow and were served quickly. We didn't try the ice cream, shakes or grill items, but everything is priced like your average carnival.

Great Place with wonderful staff. My grandson and I eat here every time we go to Gatlinburg. Food is outstanding.

My cookies n cream ice cream was good but my wife got the birthday cake, it was very melty and didn't have the same texture. I;m glad we tried it but I favor my UDF ice cream over just about anything else in the world still.

Late night funnel cake & hot pretzel in down town GATLINBURG nothing better!!...the staff So friendly. Service fast. Food hot & fresh. Oh the smells were so enticing that we couldn't resist. We followed are noses & ordered up & in no time had our food. Prices were reasonable $7 for both items & they both were size of a paper plate...not small. Nice & big. ...it was great. I recommend this highly. Nice friendly late night staff good prices..

Delicious ice cream and open late! We recorded cordial service despite my girlfriend being black, so who knows what's up there.

My best advice is to stay away from this place at all costs! Back in July (2019) I went to get three ice cream comes. Mind you these aren’t the scoops of ice cream, I got charged $9 for the cones. I got ripped off, extremely disappointed in this place!

Something about walking into a place fans blasting and yelling your order 5 stars

Walked in and got 2 smoothies. Didn't look at the price before I got them. Over $15 for two drinks! I was wondering if they put shots of crown in them for that price. Go elsewhere unless you like to get shafted.

Bad service. Was cut in front of, even after clearly calling it out. Then the girl got a ice cream she started eating, said it was wrong... Then he scooped it off into the barrel! Gross!!!!!! And serviced her again ahead of us! Not sure who to report this to, but I will be finding out.

A little ice cream shop right on the main strip. I got a small cup of mint chocolate chip. It was pretty decent. I liked how the chips were like micro chips, it kind of felt like I was eating chocolate shavings they were so delicate and not crunchy.

Had the worst experience. Workers were rushing us to order and once we ordered he didnt stop a minute to tale our order correctly. I will never come back to this place again. Super bad service and the worst attitude.

I had high expectations from a "dairy bar" and this place fell a bit short. They served adequate ice cream, but it was nothing to write home about. The soft serve I got was a bit too hard and the staff was a bit aggressive in trying to take our orders and move us along our way.
